These Terms of Use govern your use of FocusCells. Please read them carefully. By downloading, accessing, or using FocusCells, you agree to these Terms.
FocusCells is a mobile training app that provides Schulte table exercises for focus, reaction speed, visual search, and speed-reading practice. The app includes daily training, progress views, Standard and Beginner training modes, and difficulty settings.
FocusCells is intended for general training and habit-building. It is not a medical, psychological, clinical, educational assessment, or diagnostic tool.
You may use FocusCells only if you can legally agree to these Terms under the laws that apply to you.
If you are a parent or guardian and allow a child to use FocusCells, you are responsible for supervising the child’s use of the app and for ensuring that the child uses it appropriately.
Beginner mode is a training experience setting. It is not a child account, parental control system, school record system, or educational assessment.
FocusCells is not submitted as a Kids Category app and is not intended to collect personal information from children.
FocusCells provides focus and reaction training exercises for general wellness, productivity, and learning support.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use FocusCells on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple’s App Store terms.

FocusCells does not require an account or login.
FocusCells may offer optional paid features through FocusCells Pro, an auto-renewable subscription purchased through Apple’s in-app purchase system.

You can continue using the app’s free features without purchasing FocusCells Pro. We do not collect or store your payment card information.
FocusCells may process training-related information on your device, such as selected mode, selected difficulty, time, reaction pace, mistakes, and completion history. This information is used to operate the app and show progress.
The current version does not upload training records to our servers. Local app information may be reset when the app is deleted, reinstalled, or when the operating system removes app data.
The current app does not include public posting, messaging, social feeds, user profiles, or content sharing.
If you contact us for support, you grant us permission to use the information you provide to respond, troubleshoot, improve the app, and comply with legal obligations.
Do not send sensitive personal information through support channels unless it is necessary for your request.
FocusCells, including its design, interface, code, text, graphics, app name, and related materials, is owned by Guangshun Wang or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of the app or any intellectual property rights to you.
Apple, App Store, iPhone, iPad, iOS, Face ID, and Touch ID are trademarks of Apple Inc.
The app is distributed through Apple’s App Store and may interact with Apple systems, such as device operating system services, App Store distribution, crash reporting, or app analytics depending on user settings and Apple’s policies.
Your use of Apple services is governed by Apple’s applicable terms and privacy policies.
If future versions include third-party services, additional third-party terms may apply.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue FocusCells or any part of it at any time. Updates may change features, design, training modes, difficulty settings, or local data behavior.
We may also update these Terms. If changes are material, we will provide notice where required by law, such as through the app, App Store listing, website, or other appropriate method.
Continued use of FocusCells after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
FocusCells may not be available in all countries, languages, devices, or operating system versions. Some features may depend on the device, OS version, or App Store availability.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FocusCells is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guangshun Wang will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of FocusCells.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to FocusCells will not exceed the amount you paid to use the app in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 10 if the app was free.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Guangshun Wang from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of FocusCells, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
Consumer protection laws in some jurisdictions may limit indemnity clauses.
You may stop using FocusCells at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access to the app or related services if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if necessary to protect users, the app, or our rights.
Sections intended to survive termination will continue to apply, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the publisher, excluding conflict of law rules, except where applicable consumer protection laws give you rights in your local jurisdiction.
