QuickBend Privacy Policy

QuickBend does not collect personal data through the app. It does not require an account, login, backend, cloud sync, advertising SDK, analytics SDK, or cross-app tracking.

Information processed on the device

Jobs, optional job notes, bender presets, calculator inputs and results, measurement preferences, haptics, screen-awake preference, safety-notice state, and the locally cached verified QuickBend Pro entitlement stay on the user's device. QuickBend does not transmit saved Jobs, Custom Benders, notes, or calculation results to the developer.

Information we do not collect

QuickBend does not collect account credentials, contacts, location, photos, camera or microphone data, health or financial information, payment-card numbers, advertising identifiers, browsing history, or data from other apps. Local Jobs and Custom Benders are user content stored only on the device.

StoreKit purchases

QuickBend Pro is a one-time Non-Consumable purchase processed by Apple through StoreKit. Apple handles payment processing, billing, refunds, and purchase management. QuickBend does not receive payment card numbers, bank details, or Apple ID passwords.

Support communications

If you email devxiu6@gmail.com, we may receive the information you choose to send, such as your device model, iOS version, screenshots, bender details, and message content. We use it to respond, troubleshoot, improve the app, protect security, or comply with law. Do not send sensitive information unless it is needed for support.

Retention, rights, and security

Device-local records remain until you delete them, delete the app, or the operating system removes app data. Support emails may be retained as reasonably needed for support, business records, disputes, and legal obligations. Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of information QuickBend holds about you by contacting devxiu6@gmail.com.

The current App Store Connect privacy answer is Data Not Collected and the tracking answer is No tracking. QuickBend has no third-party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, cookies, or cross-app tracking. The privacy manifest declares no collected data, no tracking, no tracking domains, and the UserDefaults reason CA92.1 for local storage.

Children, changes, and contact

QuickBend is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect children's personal information through the app. We may update this policy when data practices or legal obligations change. Publisher identity, governing law, and jurisdiction-specific notices require human and qualified legal review before publication.
