FrameNudge Terms of Use

1. Purpose and license

FrameNudge provides camera capture, composition references and exposure trade-offs. The app is licensed, not sold, under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms explain the service and do not replace mandatory consumer rights or the Apple license.

2. Guidance is not a guarantee

Composition is subjective. Detection may miss a subject, show an incorrect suggestion or become unavailable. Some guides are explicitly teaching references rather than automatic assessments. Results depend on your device, light, movement and technique. The app does not promise professional-quality photos, exact scene recognition, Apple's native Night mode, Milky Way photography, star trails or light-trail stacking.

3. Safe, lawful use

Stay aware of traffic, heights, weather and your surroundings. Do not use the camera while driving or where photography is prohibited. Obtain permissions required to photograph people, private property or copyrighted material. You retain rights in your own photos; operating the camera does not grant us a license to publish them.

4. Photos and recovery

The app keeps a local copy before adding a photo to Photos. A failed or uncertain save needs your attention. Retrying an uncertain save may create a duplicate. Export important photos, check the destination and do not uninstall before resolving local copies. Sharing a photo does not prove it was added to Photos. Deleting an app-local copy does not delete a Photos-library copy.

5. Payments, updates and availability

Any app purchase price, tax, billing and refund eligibility are shown and managed by Apple. Version 1.0 contains no in-app purchase or subscription. Features may vary by hardware and permissions. Updates may change functionality or supported systems; availability is not guaranteed indefinitely.

6. Warranty, liability and consumer rights

To the extent permitted by law and Apple's license, the app is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation, accurate guidance or recovery in every failure. Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable statutory consumer guarantees. The Apple license governs its own warranty, liability and dispute provisions.
