1. About QuickBend

QuickBend is an offline conduit-bending calculator for U.S. electricians. It provides calculations and visual guidance for Stub-up 90°, 2-Bend Offset, 3-Bend Saddle, Rolling Offset, and Back-to-back workflows.

2. Field verification and no professional advice

QuickBend is a calculation aid, not an electrical code authority, engineering service, safety system, professional license, or guarantee. Verify conduit type, trade size, measurements, bender markings, take-up, gain, radius, local code, manufacturer instructions, and jobsite conditions before cutting or bending. Always test a new, unfamiliar, worn, or Custom Bender on scrap conduit before production bends.

3. License and local data

Subject to these Terms and Apple's App Store terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use QuickBend on Apple-branded devices you own or control. Jobs, notes, inputs, results, settings, and Custom Benders are stored locally on your device. QuickBend does not provide server backup or cloud restore for those records.

4. QuickBend Pro purchase

QuickBend Pro is an optional one-time Non-Consumable in-app purchase with product ID quickbend.pro.unlock. The launch price is USD $4.99, or the local equivalent displayed by Apple. Apple manages payment processing, taxes, refunds, billing, and purchase history. Use Restore Purchases to restore an eligible purchase. There is no auto-renewing subscription.

5. Intellectual property and Apple services

QuickBend, its UI, formulas, diagrams, text, and original release assets are owned by or licensed to QuickBend. Apple, App Store, iPhone, and iOS are trademarks of Apple Inc. QuickBend uses Apple's App Store and StoreKit services; your use of those services is governed by Apple's terms and privacy practices.

6. Availability and disclaimers

We may update, suspend, or discontinue QuickBend or a feature. The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without a guarantee that every calculation is complete, error-free, current for every bender, or suitable for a particular job. To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuickBend and its publisher will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.

7. Apple App Store terms

These Terms are between you and QuickBend, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for QuickBend or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them as related to your use of the app.

8. Privacy, changes, and contact

Read the QuickBend Privacy Policy and visit QuickBend Support. We may update these Terms when the app, purchases, or law changes.
