1. Summary

Jelly Snake is an offline arcade puzzle game. Version 1.0 has no account, advertising, in-app purchases, third-party analytics SDK, tracking or developer-operated cloud synchronization. Gameplay records are not transmitted to us.

2. Information stored on your device

The app stores level progress, scores, selected controls, sound and haptic settings, a resumable game snapshot, and limited local diagnostic events. Diagnostics describe gameplay events and language and are capped at 500 entries. They remain in the app sandbox and are not automatically sent to the publisher. These records are used to run the game, resume play and diagnose behavior locally.
Your device and Apple backup settings may include app data in device backups. This is controlled by Apple and you; it is not a developer-operated game database. Deleting the app removes its local container, but existing device backups may retain copies. Offloading the app may preserve its data.

3. Support and external links

If you choose to email support, we receive your email address and any message or attachments you send. We use them to respond and resolve issues. Do not include passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information. Opening legal or support links opens an external website. Our static legal pages are hosted on GitHub Pages, whose infrastructure may process request information such as IP address and browser details under its own privacy practices. The game does not embed advertising or analytics scripts in these pages.

4. Apple services

Apple distributes the app and may provide aggregate App Store statistics or crash diagnostics according to Apple policies and your device settings. We may use available reports to understand stability and improve the app. We do not add a separate telemetry SDK or transmit local gameplay diagnostics to Apple ourselves.

5. Use, sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Local gameplay data remains on your device. Support communications are retained only as needed to answer requests, resolve issues and satisfy applicable legal obligations. Support email and website hosting providers may process information to deliver those services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect legal rights.

6. International processing and legal bases

Support email, website hosting and Apple services may process information in countries where their infrastructure operates. Where applicable, support processing relies on providing requested assistance, legitimate interests in maintaining the product or legal obligations. We apply applicable privacy protections to information we control.

7. Children

The app does not intentionally collect children's personal information through gameplay and is not submitted to the App Store Kids Category. If a child sends personal information to support, a parent or guardian may contact us to request deletion.

8. Choices and privacy rights

You can adjust sound and haptics in Settings and manage app data and backups through iOS. We cannot access gameplay data stored only on your device. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing of personal information we hold, and complain to a relevant authority. 9. Security and changes

Local data is protected by iOS device and sandbox controls. No storage system is completely secure. Keep your device protected and updated. Material changes to data handling will be reflected in this policy and App Store disclosures before release.
