1. Game and license

Jelly Snake is an entertainment game combining snake movement, obstacles, bombs and falling edible shapes. Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the app license unless a different valid license is supplied in the App Store. These terms describe our game and support practices and do not reduce rights under that agreement or applicable law.

2. Use

Use the app lawfully and respect intellectual property rights. The app and original code, interface, art and text are owned by Guangshun Wang or their respective licensors. You may not distribute unauthorized copies or bypass technical protections, except where applicable law permits. Parents and guardians should supervise use appropriate to the user's age.

3. Price and services

Version 1.0 is free and includes no ads, subscriptions or in-app purchases. No account is required. The game works offline. External support and legal pages require internet access. Any future paid offering will be disclosed before purchase through the applicable App Store process.

4. Local data

Progress and resumable game state are stored locally. Deletion, reinstalling, device failures or backup changes can affect these records. We do not maintain a remote copy or promise recovery of lost progress.

6. Entertainment disclaimer

The game provides entertainment and makes no promise of cognitive, educational or health outcomes. Difficulty, random events and scores are game mechanics and are not professional assessments. Take breaks as appropriate.

7. Updates and availability

We may improve or change the game, while complying with applicable consumer rights. Compatibility depends on supported iOS versions and devices. Availability may depend on regional App Store requirements. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the game is provided as available. Any exclusions or limitations apply only where lawful. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer guarantees, liability that cannot legally be excluded, or remedies required by applicable law. Apple’s Standard EULA governs its license warranty and liability provisions.

9. Apple relationship and disputes

Apple distributes the app under its own terms. The publisher provides game support; Apple does not undertake to maintain our game. Any Apple responsibilities and third-party beneficiary rights are set out in Apple’s Standard EULA.
